  • Ethnobotanist, Psychedelic Guide, Sustainable Ethno-Tourism Specialist

Stephano is the founder of an organisation dedicated to bridging the gap between ancient Andean wisdom and modern seekers. With deep ties to the Q’ero, Shipibo, Huni Kuin, and other indigenous communities, he has spent years studying traditional plant medicine practices, offering a grounded and respectful approach to these sacred traditions. His work integrates sustainability, cultural preservation, and responsible psychedelic facilitation, ensuring that participants engage with these medicines in a safe, ethical, and transformative way.

Together, Martin, Julia, and Stephano ensure that this retreat is about more than just a ceremony—it’s about integration, balance, and lasting transformation.

WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT DIFFERENT?

Many plant medicine retreats focus only on the ceremony — with back-to-back ceremonies and schedules. The psychedelic experience can be profound, but without integration, insights fade fast, and the real work gets lost in the return to ‘normal life’.

This retreat is built around preparation and integration, ensuring that your transformation stays with you long after you leave the Sacred Valley.

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

EXPERT GUIDANCE

Led by Martin O’Toole (ICEERS-certified psychedelic integration coach, author, podcaster, and breathwork facilitator) & Julia Louise (experienced yoga & mindfulness instructor, retreat leader).

STRUCTURED INTEGRATION

1:1 & group psychedelic integration therapy, Emotional Release Breathwork, somatic practices, and fireside reflections.

SAFE, RESPONSIBLE PLANT MEDICINE WORK

Two ceremonies (Ayahuasca & Huachuma) + a guided plant medicine hike (Huachuma).

A DAILY PRACTICE TO TAKE HOME

Kundalini yoga, meditation, pranayama, and mindfulness techniques to integrate your experience into real life.

UNIQUE ADDITIONS

Kirlian photography scans to track your energetic shifts, Art Therapy, and limited Emotional Release Bodywork slots.

MICRO-MENTARY FILM

A professionally shot and edited personal documentary, capturing your journey from start to finish—interviews, experiences, and key moments to help you revisit and integrate your transformation.

SACRED VALLEY IMMERSION

Plus, we’ll explore Pisac, Ollantaytambo, and connect with the wisdom of Q’ero shamans and Shipibo healers.

WHY PEOPLE ARE JOINING THIS RETREAT

Jon White, Los Angeles, Confirmed 2025

“I’ve been searching for a retreat like this—one that honors the medicine, the journey, and the transformation that follows.

After attending Martin’s breathwork class in Bali (with Julia supporting) and reading his book, I knew he was the real deal. His work blew me away, and now, he’s created exactly what I’ve been looking for—plant medicine in its birthplace, guided by seasoned facilitators, with deep integration woven into every step.

Everything about this feels right. The setting, the people, the purpose. And my heart knows this is where I’m meant to be for my next chapter—and where I’ll meet my soul family.

See you there”.
