*Get out of your mind

Most approaches to mental health work with the mind. Integrative psychology works with all three levels of human intelligence – mind, body, and emotion – and the connections between them.

These patterns don't just live in your thoughts. They live in the part of you that already knows the answer before you've finished asking the question. These patterns don't just live in your thoughts. They live somewhere older than thought. You can't think your way out of something that isn't only in your head.

My coaching work

Real, practical methods to help you take control of your mind, body, and emotions.

Breathe like you mean it

Breath is medicine. My Emotional Release Breathwork journeys leave participants in awe of their ability to self-heal. They feature an immersive, multidimensional, confrontational soundscape designed to release repressed emotions far beyond the typical Spotify playlist.

Each session blends bodywork, vocal guidance, and an integration circle, challenging participants while providing a safe space for deep emotional release and healing.

Whether through counselling, IFS (parts work), somatic awareness, breathwork, or psychedelic integration, my aim is to create a safe, nurturing space for your personal development to unfold naturally.

My methodology

  • AWARENESS

By learning to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgement, you create space for reflection and insight. You uncover your values, align with your authentic desires, and use breath to regulate your nervous system. These practices cultivate clarity and emotional resilience. They create space between stimuli and response, helping you better control emotional reactions and triggers.

  • CHANGE

Change begins with unlearning — shedding limiting beliefs and rewiring the brain for growth. Whether through cognitive techniques, the accelerated breakthroughs of psychedelic medicine, or the inner exploration of Parts Work, we dismantle old patterns and integrate fragmented parts of the self, paving the way for profound and lasting transformation.

  • INTEGRATION

Integration is where healing takes root — through forgiveness, self-love, and connection. Forgiveness frees you from the emotional weight of past hurts. Self-love builds a foundation for lasting change, cultivating self-compassion and care. Connection deepens your relationships with all things, helping solidify your growth from each stage. These practices create space for personal liberation.

Ready for change?

We’re not going for ineffectual; we’re headed towards the kind of change that dissolves the barriers you’ve built up over the years.

The kind that forces you to face the truths you’ve been avoiding.

The real work of healing is about going deep.

No half measures. No hacks.

This work is about stripping away the layers that no longer serve you, leaning into the discomfort, confronting the parts you've buried, and stepping into a new, reborn version of yourself.

A full defrag, upgrade, and reboot. (I really rinsed that. IT metaphor, didn’t I?)

Know yourself

You may have felt like life’s been pushing you around, but pushing back never seems to work. That’s because mastering the art of living isn’t about fighting the current; it’s about learning to flow with it. So, we wake up, see the patterns, and break them. We get conscious of what’s been driving us so we can unlearn it.

Pain is a gift;
suffering is a choice

Grief, loss, and trauma are part of life. Resisting them deepens our suffering. Instead, we find strength by accepting pain as a natural part of existence and letting go of attachment. In this, we rise – evolving to flow with whatever challenges come our way.

The work then becomes about the how.

Speak your truth

Learn to communicate. Not just with others, but with yourself.

Get clear, get honest, express your needs, and find your voice. There’s power in that. There's harmony, too.

Die before you die

Non-ordinary states of consciousness aren’t a quick fix. They’re deep work. Tools like breathwork, psychedelic integration, and Internal Family Systems don’t just scratch the surface — they take you into parts of yourself you didn’t even know existed. These expanded states shine a light on the ego, revealing the patterns and beliefs that have kept you in place.

The Ancient Greek saying, “Die before you die so that you will not die when you die” speaks of the ultimate metamorphosis: when you learn to shed your egoic conditioning, that former version of you dies.

So, if you’re ready to release who you’ve been, I’ll help you become someone new.

Case study

Sophie Price

“I’ve found my voice. No one had ever told me I had soft boundaries before — that changed everything”.

– Sophie Price, Coach and Fitness Professional in Australia

Sophie’s story

Meet Sophie Price, an Australian coach and fitness professional whose work helping others left little room for her own healing. When she started working with me, she felt mentally tangled and emotionally disconnected, aware that something was off but unsure how to change it.

Through a 12-session container blending Internal Family Systems, breathwork, and mindfulness-based inquiry, and much more, Sophie began to meet her inner parts with compassion, strengthen her boundaries, and regulate her nervous system.

The breakthrough came when she reconnected with her voice and learned to speak her truth without fear.

Today, Sophie describes herself as “an emotionally stronger woman — more regulated, with compassion for myself and others”. Her transformation continues as she enjoys pregnancy and life with newfound presence and self-sovereignty.

Download a short guided breathwork recording to boost focus, clarity, and energy as a gift from me. Embracing a daily breathwork practice cultivates a new relationship with your mind thanks to the way conscious breathing regulates your nervous system, steadies your inner world, and reconnects you with the part of you that isn’t ruled by old habits or noise.
