Integrative psychology coaching
Does any of this sound familiar?
You’ve tried to “improve”; you’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, and maybe even attended a retreat or two. Yet that deep, grounded sense of peace and purpose still feels just out of reach.
Perhaps you’re haunted by regrets, repeating the same patterns in relationships, work, or in your mind? Does the same pain keep resurfacing, taking up space in your life?

Twelve sessions. Sixteen weeks. Big, beautiful work.
This is a deep, structured container blending Internal Family Systems, breathwork, transpersonal psychology, and mindfulness-based inquiry. We go where it matters: the patterns running your life, the parts you've been managing around, the stories your nervous system still believes.
You don't need more insight. You need someone who'll sit with you in the uncomfortable bits and help you do something with what you find.
Most coaching gives you a conversation and sends you on your way. This isn't that. After every session, you'll receive detailed notes. Not a vague summary, but a proper debrief: what came up, what it means, what to do with it. Key themes, blind spots, somatic patterns, and specific practices to work with before we meet again. Think of it as a personalised field guide that evolves with you across the sixteen weeks. Most clients say the notes alone are worth the investment.
Here's why that matters: the real work doesn't happen in the session. It happens in the days between them, when the insight starts to fade, the old patterns reassert themselves, and Monkey starts whispering that nothing's really changed. The notes are your anchor. They catch what your mind forgets, name what your body already knows, and give you something concrete to practise with when the gap between sessions feels wide. Twelve sessions without them is therapy. Twelve sessions with them is a transformation programme.
We'll work across whatever needs attention: trauma, addiction, grief, self-worth, relationships, emotional regulation, purpose. A combination of modalities tailored to you. No scripts, no rigid protocols. Just two people in a room doing honest, grounded, sometimes confronting work. You bring the courage. I'll bring the tools.
-
Not ready for twelve sessions? Start with four.
Same approach, same depth per session, same notes; just a lighter frame. Four sessions gives you a genuine taste of the work without the full commitment. Enough to shift something real and decide if you want to go deeper.
This is for the curious and the cautious. Maybe you've never done anything like this before. Maybe you have, and it didn't land. Maybe you just want to know what it feels like to work with someone who won't let you hide behind your own story. Four sessions won't rewire your entire operating system, but they will show you where the wiring's been off, and what it feels like to start pulling at the right threads.

Breath is the most underrated medicine you already own.
My Emotional Release Breathwork sessions aren't the gentle, guided-visualisation variety you might have encountered on YouTube. This is deep, confrontational, somatic work, designed to bypass the thinking mind entirely and let your body do what it's been trying to do for years: release.
Here's what most people don't understand about stored emotion: your body remembers everything your mind has conveniently filed away. The grief you swallowed at the funeral. The rage you smiled through at work. The terror that locked itself into your shoulders when you were seven. It's all still there, held in your tissue, your fascia, your breath pattern. And it's running the show, quietly, relentlessly, until something interrupts it.
That's what this breathwork does. Using a connected breathing technique paired with an immersive, multidimensional soundscape, we create the conditions for your nervous system to complete what it started and never finished. People shake, cry, laugh, scream, go silent. Some see visions. Some feel nothing and then fall apart in the car on the way home. There is no wrong response; only your body finally being given permission to speak.
Available in private sessions, group workshops, and retreat settings across Bali and beyond. Private sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Group sessions carry their own particular magic: there's something about breathing in a room full of people doing the same terrifying, beautiful work that amplifies everything.

A fully customised, private retreat experience designed and facilitated by me, tailored to your specific psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs. No group dynamics, no compromise, no generic itinerary. Just you (or you and a small group of your choosing) in a carefully held container, with my full attention and the complete range of my toolkit.
Every bespoke retreat begins with a thorough assessment: where you are, what you're carrying, what you're ready to face, and what you need in order to face it safely. From there, I design a programme that might include breathwork, IFS, somatic bodywork, guided meditation, psychedelic facilitation, nature immersion, silence, or any combination of the above.
Location, duration, and format are all flexible. Whether that's three days in the hills of Portugal, a week in the rice fields of Bali, or something else entirely, we build it together. The investment reflects not just my time and expertise, but the creation of a space where something genuinely extraordinary can happen.

Shadow work is the practice of meeting the parts of yourself you've spent a lifetime avoiding: the shame you've buried, the rage you've rationalised, the grief you never let land. It's the material that runs your life from underneath, shaping your relationships, your decisions, your self-worth, and your capacity for intimacy, all without your conscious permission.
Over six months, we work together intensively, using Internal Family Systems, breathwork, transpersonal psychology, somatic awareness, and (where appropriate) psychedelic integration to systematically uncover, confront, and integrate the shadow. This isn't a weekly check-in with homework. It's sustained, compassionate excavation, with me alongside you the entire way.
You'll receive detailed session notes after every meeting, ongoing support between sessions, and a bespoke programme that evolves as you do. The work will be uncomfortable. It will also be the most honest thing you've ever done.
Six months is the minimum it takes to do this properly. Patterns that took decades to form don't dissolve in a weekend. But six months of committed shadow work, with the right guide, can fundamentally alter the way you experience yourself and the world around you.
If you've read the books, done the retreats, had the breakthroughs that faded by Tuesday, and you know there's something deeper running the show, this container is for you.

The ceremony is only the beginning.
My integration methodology is rooted in training with ICEERS, the International Centre for Ethnobotanical Education, Research & Service, a globally recognised organisation dedicated to protecting the responsible use of indigenous plant medicines. Their work spans harm reduction, international research, community building, and advocacy for the cultures from which these medicines originate. It's the gold standard in psychedelic integration training, and it shapes every session I hold.
Plant medicine lights the path. Integration shows you how to walk it.
So what actually is integration? It's the bit most people skip, and it's the bit that matters most. A psychedelic experience can crack you wide open. It can show you things about yourself you've never seen, dissolve stories you've carried for decades, and reconnect you with parts of yourself you forgot existed. But without integration, those revelations stay in the ceremony or retreat. They become a nice memory instead of a new life.
There's no such thing as a bad trip.
Let's kill that phrase right now. A "bad trip" implies something went wrong; that the medicine malfunctioned, that you broke the experience somehow. But that's not what happened. What happened is the medicine did exactly what it was supposed to do: it showed you something you weren't ready to see.
The terror, the grief, the ego dissolution that felt like dying. That's not the experience going sideways. That's the experience going deep. The psyche doesn't surface its heaviest material because it wants to punish you. It surfaces because, in that moment, you're finally resourced enough to meet it.
The problem isn't the difficult experience; it's facing it alone, without context, without support, and without the tools to process what came up. That's where people get stuck. Not because the journey harmed them, but because nobody helped them understand what it revealed.
This is precisely where integration earns its weight. A skilled integration framework doesn't just handle the blissful revelations and the cosmic downloads. It holds the shadow material too: the sessions that left you shaking, the ones you can't quite explain, the ones that cracked open something you've spent a lifetime keeping sealed. We sit with all of it. We make it workable. And more often than not, the experiences people label "bad" turn out to be the most transformative of all.
Integration is where the vision becomes the practice. It's where we take what the medicine showed you (the grief that finally surfaced, the forgiveness you weren't expecting, the terrifying clarity about what needs to change) and we ground it. We make sense of it. We build it into the way you actually live, relate, work, and love. That's not something that happens by journalling for a week and hoping for the best. It takes structure, skill, and someone who's been there.
Already had an experience that shook something loose? Good. That's the invitation. Let's do something with it.
Costs for facilitation work vary based on numbers and requirements. If you're looking for integration after a session with another practitioner, each session is €200.

The same Bali breathwork experience, from your living room.
Every week in Bali, people from all over the world come to breathe with me. Many describe the experience as life-changing. Until now, you had to be here in person.
These are live, guided Emotional Release Breathwork sessions broadcast monthly. Two hours of deep, facilitated practice with a global community of breathers. Same soundscape, same intensity, same facilitation. The only difference is the postcode.
No recordings, no replays. This is live for a reason: because showing up matters, because the group energy is half the medicine, and because your nervous system doesn't transform on a convenient schedule. You commit to the session, you lie down, you breathe, and you let whatever needs to move, move.

Bali or Portugal. A private villa. A personal chef. And thirty days of the most intensive transformation work I offer.
For one month, you live alongside me. We work daily: breathwork, IFS, somatic practices, psychedelic integration (where appropriate), meditation, nature immersion, and deep, sustained psychological exploration. The work doesn't stop when the session ends; it weaves through meals, walks, sunsets, and conversations. There is no escape from yourself here, and honestly, that's the whole point.
The villa is yours for the duration, and a personal chef handles your nutrition, freeing you from every logistical concern so you can give yourself entirely to the process. Everything is taken care of. Your only job is to show up, stay honest, and let the work do what it does.
Thirty days is long enough for the mind's defences to exhaust themselves, for the body to release what it's been holding, and for something new and lasting to take root. Most people who do sustained immersion work at this depth describe it as the turning point of their lives. Not because of any single moment, but because of the accumulated effect of showing up, day after day, with nowhere to hide and no reason to.
Both locations are chosen for their beauty, their stillness, and their distance from the noise of ordinary life. I take on a handful of these per year. If this speaks to you, let's talk.
