Why bring these sessions online?

Every week in Bali, people from around the world come to breathe with me. Many describe the experience as “life-changing”, "transformational," "healing," and more. Until now, you had to be here in person. But countless times, people have asked me: “Can I join from home?”

So here it is. You can now access this practice, no matter where you are.

What happens in these sessions?

We use conscious connected breathing, an emotionally evocative soundscape, and live vocal guidance to unlock the body’s stored emotions and release unconscious material.

Think meditation, but more powerful, more embodied, and designed to create real shifts. Beyond breathwork, it’s non-ordinary conscious healing; safe, guided, and deeply resourcing.

What will I feel afterwards?

Most people leave with:

  • A nervous system reset

  • Emotional release and clarity

  • A renewed sense of balance and peace
