Breathe Like You Mean It
Breath is your most powerful tool, not just for regulating your nervous system but also for releasing deeply stored emotions. Most people don’t realise how their breath affects their emotional and physical well-being.
Through Breathwork Coaching, you’ll learn to take control of your breath and, with it, your emotions. By regulating the autonomic nervous system (ANS), breathwork allows you to switch between the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) responses, putting you back in the driver’s seat. You’ll notice immediate benefits: lower heart rate, reduced blood pressure, and improved digestion. Over time, breathwork increases your CO2 tolerance, allowing for better oxygen delivery to your cells and improving physical vitality and overall resilience.
The results? Immediate stress relief, reduced anxiety, enhanced cognitive function, and greater emotional regulation. This work is real, raw, and transformative. Expect to feel and release — one conscious breath at a time.

Hands-On Change
This isn’t your run-of-the-mill talk therapy. My approach to Counselling Psychology is active, grounded, and unapologetically direct. Blending Humanistic and Transpersonal Psychology with trauma-informed care, we get into the bones of your story. We’ll strip back the layers, confront the patterns that hold you back, and rebuild from the inside out.
This counselling isn’t a passive chat. There’s work involved, and yes, sometimes even homework. But each step we take together is about facing the truth, breaking down your narrative, and making way for something more honest and real. The goal is to help you unlearn the habits and behaviours that no longer serve you and devise a new path rooted in clarity, purpose, and emotional resilience.

My Psychedelic Integration Coaching therapeutic protocols help you unpack and ground those profound insights into your life — or process particularly difficult experiences that left you feeling detached, depressed, confused, or incomplete.
We don’t just talk about the "trip" — we prepare you for the psychedelic experience and/or explore what it revealed, what it stirred, and how to integrate the aftermath.
It’s about taking the mystical and making it practical, translating those mind-blowing moments into real-world change.Whether you’re coming out of a shamanic retreat or a guided therapeutic journey, this work is where the rubber meets the road. It's not about chasing highs; it's about integrating what you've learned — positive or challenging — and evolving into a more authentic version of yourself as a result.

Meet Your Inner Family
We all have different parts within us—the wounded child, the inner critic, the protector. Internal Family Systems (IFS) helps you connect, understand, and heal (unburden) those parts. I guide you through this process, helping you unearth and acknowledge these often buried aspects of yourself. It’s not about fixing you; it’s about getting to know who you are and why these parts exist in the first place. There are no bad parts, just the burden they carry.
IFS is an inside job requiring courage, compassion, and curiosity. The technique is profound and humbling, and it’s one of the most powerful ways to break through emotional barriers and return to wholeness.
BREATHE LIKE YOU MEAN IT
Breath is medicine. My Emotional Release Breathwork journeys leave participants in awe of their ability to self-heal. They feature an immersive, multidimensional, confrontational soundscape designed to release repressed emotions far beyond the typical Spotify playlist.
Each session blends bodywork, vocal guidance, and an integration circle, challenging participants while providing a safe space for deep emotional release and healing.

They create space between stimuli and response, helping you better control emotional reactions and triggers.

Change begins with unlearning — shedding limiting beliefs and rewiring the brain for growth. Whether through cognitive techniques, the accelerated breakthroughs of psychedelic medicine, or the inner exploration of Parts Work, we dismantle old patterns and integrate fragmented parts of the self, paving the way for profound and lasting transformation.

INTEGRATION
Integration is where healing takes root — through forgiveness, self-love, and connection. Forgiveness frees you from the emotional weight of past hurts. Self-love builds a foundation for lasting change, cultivating self-compassion and care. Connection deepens your relationships with all things, helping solidify your growth from each stage. These practices create space for personal liberation.

Grief, loss, and trauma are part of life. Resisting them deepens our suffering. Instead, we find strength by accepting pain as a natural part of existence and letting go of attachment. In this, we rise — not by fighting, but by flowing with whatever challenges come our way.
The work then becomes about the how.

Tools like breathwork, psychedelic integration, and Internal Family Systems don’t just scratch the surface — they take you into parts of yourself you didn’t even know existed. These expanded states shine a light on the ego, revealing the patterns and beliefs that have kept you in place.
The Ancient Greek saying, “Die before you die so that you will not die when you die”, speaks of the ultimate metamorphosis: when you learn to shed your egoic conditioning, that former version of you dies.
